Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

How does the mattress arrive?

Your mattress arrives compressed and roll-packed in a box for easy handling. Simply unbox, unroll on your bed, and let it expand. It reaches full size within 24–48 hours.

How does the 100-night trial work?

Sleep on your Bedsy mattress for up to 100 nights. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll arrange a free pickup and issue a full refund — no questions asked. We recommend trying it for at least 21 nights for your body to adjust.

Is the return process really free?

Absolutely. We cover all return shipping costs. Just contact us via WhatsApp or email, and we’ll schedule a doorstep pickup at your convenience. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

What happens to returned mattresses?

Returned mattresses in good condition are donated to NGOs and charitable organisations. We believe in zero waste — your returned mattress finds a new home where it’s needed most.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects including sagging greater than 1.5 inches, broken or cracked foam, and physical flaws in the mattress. It does not cover normal wear and tear, stains, or damage from misuse.

How long is the warranty?

Most Bedsy mattresses come with a 10-year warranty (the Coir Comfort has a 7-year warranty). The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and is non-transferable.

Are Bedsy mattresses BIS certified?

Yes, all Bedsy mattresses are certified under BIS IS:5765, the Indian standard for PU foam mattresses. Our Natural Latex mattress also carries GOLS certification for organic latex.

Do I need a bed base or can I use the floor?

Bedsy mattresses work on any flat, solid surface — bed frames, platform beds, slatted bases, or even the floor. For floor use, we recommend lifting the mattress weekly to allow air circulation underneath.
