Refund Policy

Every Bedsy mattress comes with a 100-night risk-free trial. If you are not completely satisfied with your mattress within 100 nights of delivery, you are eligible for a full refund. We recommend sleeping on your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust before initiating a return.

To be eligible for a refund: • The mattress must be within the 100-night trial period from the date of delivery • The mattress must be in reasonably clean and undamaged condition • The return must be requested by the original purchaser • The mattress must have been purchased directly from Bedsy (bedsymattress.com)

To request a refund: 1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp, email (support@bedsymattress.com), or phone 2. Provide your order number and reason for the return 3. We will schedule a free doorstep pickup at a date and time convenient for you 4. Our team picks up the mattress from your home 5. Your refund is initiated within 24 hours of pickup

Once your mattress has been picked up, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. • Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 business days • UPI/Net Banking: 3–5 business days • EMI: Refund processed as per bank policy; contact your bank for details

A partial refund may be issued in the following circumstances: • The mattress shows signs of significant damage, staining, or misuse beyond normal wear • The mattress was used without a mattress protector and has absorbed fluid damage • The return is requested after the 100-night trial period (evaluated on a case-by-case basis)

The following items are not eligible for a refund once opened or used: • Pillows • Mattress toppers • Mattress protectors • Bedding accessories Sealed items in original, unopened packaging may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations can be made through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery under the 100-night trial policy.
