You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this website by any third party. You must not misuse our website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, or other malicious or technologically harmful material. Unauthorized access to our servers or any connected database is prohibited.

All product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are as accurate as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify product prices at any time without prior notice. Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Payment must be made at the time of order using one of our accepted payment methods (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or EMI). All payment information is processed securely through our third-party payment partners.

We offer a 100-night risk-free trial on all mattresses. If you are not satisfied, you may return your mattress within the trial period for a full refund. Returns are subject to the conditions outlined in our Returns & Exchanges policy. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after pickup of the returned product.

All Bedsy mattresses come with a 10-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Warranty terms, coverage, and claim procedures are detailed on our Warranty page.

All content on the Bedsy website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software — is the property of Bedsy Sleep Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedsy and its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
