Broken or bent internal support systems or compromised edge support.

What's Not Covered

✕Normal wear and tear or gradual softening over time
✕Stains, soiling, or fluid damage
✕Physical damage from misuse, abuse, or improper handling
✕Comfort preference changes
✕Use with an improper or unsupportive base or foundation
✕Damage caused by using the mattress on an adjustable base not recommended by Bedsy
